No. Training plans, pacing targets and benchmarks are generated with transparent rules, templates and formulas. The same inputs always give the same output, so you can see why a session or a target is what it is.

Yes. The race simulator and your logs work fully offline and are stored on your device first. When you are back online, FirstRox syncs your results automatically.

Open and Pro divisions for singles, doubles and relay, with the station weights shown for your category. Always check the current official HYROX rules for your event, as they can change.

No. FirstRox is an independent training app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX. HYROX is a registered trademark of its respective owner.

Yes. Run a full simulation, a half simulation, or pick any stations to practise with the run that precedes each one.

Yes, you can start free: the race simulator, workout logger, GPS run tracking, pacing calculator, every Beginner training plan, streaks, badges and your personal bests, with light ads (a banner on two screens and a rare full-screen ad, never during training). FirstRox Pro (monthly, yearly or lifetime, with a 7-day trial where available) unlocks all plan templates, full analytics, data export and removes ads.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting your FirstRox account does not cancel the subscription.

Your data is yours. You can export it as JSON or CSV with Pro, ask us for a copy for free, and delete your account from inside the app. See the privacy policy for details.
