FirstRox Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the FirstRox website and mobile app provided by Digiscalers. By using them you agree to these terms.
Fitness and health disclaimer
FirstRox provides general fitness information and tools, not medical advice. Exercise carries risk, including injury. Consult a doctor before starting any training programme, especially if you have a health condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. You train and race at your own risk.
FirstRox Pro and subscriptions
- FirstRox is free with ads. FirstRox Pro is an optional paid upgrade (monthly, yearly or lifetime) that unlocks extra features and removes ads. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are governed by their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
- Where offered, a 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end unless cancelled first. Only one trial per store account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your FirstRox account does not cancel a subscription.
- If you do not renew, you return to the free plan and keep your data.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights.
Content and licence
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service. FirstRox, its software, design and content are owned by Digiscalers and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
Third-party information and marks
FirstRox is an independent training app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by HYROX. HYROX is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Race rules, formats and weights are published by the official organisers and may change; always rely on the official rulebook for your event.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and we will update these terms when needed.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digiscalers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from your use of training content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using FirstRox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
